- 30 Day Availability open to East and Gulf coast for USNS KANAWHA (T-AO 196) starting on/about 01 October 2002. Major Items: 1. Lifeboat Recertification; 2. Rhib Boat Recertification; 3. Hydroblast and non-skid for tank decks; 4. Main engine coupling clutch overhaul; 5. Overhaul SSDG; and 6. FireFighting equipment Recertification. A responsible offeror shall be considered eligible if the offeror holds a previously executed Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA)prior to the award of the contract.
