- The Pre-solicitation notice for Solicitation 02SI101501 is currently available. This requirement is set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The solicitation will be available on CD-ROM in Adobe Acrobat format and will be available on or about April 2, 2002 (this is an estimated date). If you are interested in competing for this requirement, you must submit your request in writing to Bureau of Reclamation, 1150 N. Curtis Road, Suite 100, Boise ID 83706-1234 or by fax at 208-378-5108. Telephone requests for the solicitation won't be accepted. There will be no charge for the first copy of the CD and $15 for each additional copy requested. We reserve the right to issue the solicitation on paper if it becomes necessary.
