- The Pacific Northwest Region, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, 1150 N Curtis Rd, Boise, ID 83706-1234, intends to award a purchase order to Biomark Inc, 149 S Adkins Wy, Ste 104, Meridian, ID 83642, telephone 208-288-0011, to perform a study to (1) determine the impact on adult bull trout of the reservoir draw-down associated with the valve replacement at Arrowrock Dam, (2) determine the extent to which upstream areas of the Boise River contribute to the migratory population, and (3) develop an understanding of the environmental conditions associated with the presence of the bull trout migratory life history. This purchase order will be for performance during 2002 and will include options for performance during 2003 and 2004 with the final report due July 31, 2005.
