- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcemen t constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAKF61-02-Q-0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is due by COB 26 Mar 02. The RFQ is a small business set-aside, the SIC code is 7 353, the NAICS code is 532412, and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. Clin 0001 Rent 1 ea 621 size wheel endloader with bucket for the period 2 Apr 02- 2 Oct 02. Specifications are as follows: Standard counterweight 1451 KG (3200 lbs); d elivery and pickup; dealer to provide all services; 2 hrs on site training; all repairs, oil changes/maintenance; dealer on call 24 hrs / 7 days a week, to include holidays; dealer response in 4 hours to repair equipment if it breaks down; must be equipped to accommodate ACS coupler system with Pro 2000 coupler, 2 ? yard standard bucket with replaceable cutting edge. Location is Fort McCoy, WI. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cir cular 01-5.
