- NA PRON: AX246005AX, NSN: 1560-01-237-3689, PN: 70308-03613-041, Quantity 59 each, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland PA. Required delivery is 5 each 420 DACA and 5 each month thereafter until comple tion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may b e adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically , nor is it possible to draft adequate specification or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves . Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign fi rms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains data, which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This informati on cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
