This solicitation incoporates provisions and clauses in effect through DCN 20020129, FAC 2001-04 effective 20 Feb 2002, FAC 2001-02 effective 19 Feb 2002 and Class Deviation 2002-0002. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
