- Description
- The 89th Contracting Squadron (89CONS), Andrews AFB Maryland, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Main Building Maintenance, Inc., 1017 North Main Street, Suite 200, San Antonio TX 78212, to acquire maintenance and repair services for the Summerfield Military Family Housing community, Landover, MD. The resultant order performance period is for 2 months. The NAIC code is 235990 ($11.5). Main Building Maintenance, Inc will provide management services, cleaning services, appliance maintenance repair, and replacement, standard change of occupancy maintenance, and limited grounds maintenance. This procurement is being made under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(2) and Far clause 6.302-1 ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 89th CONS anticipate issuing the solicitation on or about 20 March 2002, with anticipated award by 29 March 2002 and contract start of 01 April 2002.
