- The purpose of this modification is to change the area of consideration for a previous modification posted on 22 February 2002. The area of consideration is changed from receiving requests from 8(a) firms and firms with bona fide branch office in the State of North Carolina to 8(a) firms located in Region IV and 8(a) firms having a bona fide branch office in Region IV.
