- Synopsis The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB FL intends to award a firm fixed price IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality) under FAR Part 15 ? Contracting By Negotiations. This requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price IDIQ contract with a performance period of a base year with 3 option years. Individual Task Orders with an estimated range between $5,000 and $1,000,000 will be issued against the basic contract. The first task order may be negotiated with the successful contractor and awarded at the same time as the basic contract. The estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $3,000,000 over the life of the contract. . Source selection for this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be conducted using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) Evaluations. This solicitation will be issued as UNRESTRICTED, in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.1007(b), all responsible sources are permitted to compete. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235710, with a size standard of $11.50 million dollars. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and service required to perform specific Task Orders for PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC) paving maintenance and restoration items, demolition, landscape grading, excavation, backfill and compaction, turf, lime rock base, PCC concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, and slabs, pavement marking, storm drainage systems, sealing joints and cracks in concrete pavement, and surface preparation and coat on Tyndall AFB. Solicitation/Statement of Work will be available from the Electronic Posting System on/about 5 April 2002. Contractors must comply with DFARS 252.204-7304 (CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION). Contractors can access information on reference clauses at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. A tentative Award date is scheduled for 31 May 2002.
