- LEGAL NOTICE, Subcontracting Assistance Wanted for the Provision of Medical Services MS 2002-05. The Long Beach Job Corps Center is a residential, academic / vocational training facility for young adults (16-24). The Center provides a full range of medical services to 300 students, including physical examinations, triage, etc. A medical subcontractor is wanted to provide these services on-site which includes the staffing of the Center's medical facility. The subcontract will commence on July 1, 2002. This is not a Request for Proposals. Request for Proposals will be available March 20, 2002. Interested providers should request a copy of the RFP from: Ms. Michelle Allen - Deputy Center Director, Career Systems Development Corporation, Long Beach Job Corps Center, 1903 Santa Fe Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90810, Phone (562) 983-1777 ext 2086 FAX (562) 983-0033. Requests for a copy of the RFP must be submitted in time to reach the Center by 5:00 p.m.(Pacific Standard Time), Friday, April 19, 2002.
