- Presolicitation notice for the upgrade of the Sewage Treatment Plant at the Federal Correctional Facility, Oxford, Wisconsin. Project will be covered under the Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. Magnitude of construction is between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000. Procurement is full and open competition. All information, including specifications, drawings, solicitations, amendments, prebid minutes etc., will be accessible through www.Fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies will not be issued. Estimated dates for posting of solicitation availablity and bid opening will be posted at a later date. The place of performace is FCI Oxford, the solicitation phase will be processed in the North Central Regional Contracting Office.**********
