- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Environmental Technology Laboratory (ETL) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) to Rutgers, State University of New Jersey, Office of Research & Sponsored Programs, 3 Rutgers Plaza, ASB III, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 to provide research involving Aerosol Indirect Effect at the Southern Great Plains Using Ground Based Remote Sensors and Modeling under a Dept. of Energy ARM program. Work to be performed at Rutgers University as described in proposal entitled "Investigation of the Aerosol Indirect Effect at the Southern Great Plains Using Ground Based Remote Sensors and Modeling". This procurement is being conducted per FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This synopsis is issued for information only. No competitive solicitation is planned. No award will be made on the basis of requests in response to this notice.
