- Description
- The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for Mental Health Services at Wolf Creek Civilian Conservation Center which is located approximately 30 miles east of Roseburg on Little River Road, Umpqua National Forest, Glide, Oregon. This Request for quotation is designated and an open and unrestricted competition. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced contract with a Base and 4 option years. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLCITATION. The Contractor shall provide a mental health program for the Wolf Creek Civilian Conservation Center students who have mental, emotional, behavioral, substance abuse or abuse related problems, and for employees who need assistance in coping with student behavior, staff team interaction, development in using mental health principles and techniques in student counseling. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supplies, materials and other resources (except for Government-furnished property or facilities described in statement of work) necessary to complete the work described.
