- Solicitation for NSN 4010-00-202-2087, ARG01149005803, Strand, Wire, Armored Steel, 11/64 inch diameter, 10,500 feet per reel, Pallet I/A/W Dwg RA-4300-48-B; Dwg RA-4300-48 is available from DSCR-VABA. DSCR-VABA, internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This is a critical application item. Proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 97 days ARO. FOB is Origin to East Location W25G1U Defense Distribution Depot, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, with an estimated annual quantity of 10 each. This location may have direct vendor delivery requirements for an estimated annual quantity of 40 each. Shipments may also be made to West Location W62G2T Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Receiving Warehouse 10, Tracy, CA 95376-5000, with an estimated annual requirement of 6 each. This location may have direct vendor delivery requirements for an estimated annual quantity of 80 each. FMS shipments may also be required. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. QAP is 001. Unrestricted procurement. Progress payments may be authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR Subpart 32.5. Notice of progress payments, FAR 52.232-13, will be included in the solicitation. This is not considered a commercial item. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
