Solicitation is classified as other than full and open competition and unrestricted. Part is classified as A FLIGHT SAFETY CRITICAL AIRCRAFT PART (FSCAP), CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI) and CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM (CAI). Specifications, drawings, and plans are not available and cannot be provided by the Government. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with General Electric Aircraft Engines in accordance with their BOA F34601-00-G-0006.
