- Annual Demand quantities are: 4730-01-075-0943: 512/ 4730-01-123-3934: 28/ 4730-01-190-3154: 24/ 4820-00-833-8204: 116/ 4820-01-098-2133: 592/ 4820-01-100-1179: 120/ 4820-01-201-9484: 40. A copy of this written solicitation will be posted to the following website: http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rf. The solicitation will open 4/1/02 and will close 5/1/02. FOB requested is origin. This is a base year solicitation with 2 option years. Quantities will be delivered to various locations with an estimated delivery of: 4730-01-075-0943: 119 days/ 4730-01-123-3934: 119 days/ 4730-01-190-3154: 119 days/ 4820-00-833-8204: 70 days/ 4820-01-098-2133: 70 days/ 4820-01-100-1179: 84 days/ 4820-01-201-9484: 84 days. All NSN's require Product Verification Testing. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performanceand other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The primary source of these items are Lee Company (92555), although there may be other approved manufacturing sources. If a viable offer from other than the above source is received, the NSN(s) will be removed and handled seperately.
