- The United States General Services Administration (GSA) A/E Selection Panel has recommended that the following firms (and associated Lead Designers), listed in alphabetical order, be invited to attend interviews for Stage 2 of the selection process for the new U.S. Courthouse in Rockford, Illinois: 1. Koetter Kim & Associates, Boston, Massachusetts (Fred Koetter) 2. Leers Weinzapfel Associates, Boston, Massachusetts (Andrea P. Leers) 3. MGA Partners, Architects, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Daniel O. Kelley) 4. Michael Dennis & Associates, Boston, Massachusetts (Michael Dennis) 5. OWP/P, Chicago, Illinois (Bjorn Hallsson) 6. Perkins & Will, Chicago, Illinois (Ralph E. Johnson) 7. Will Bruder Architects, Ltd., Phoenix, Arizona (William P. Bruder). These short-listed firms will receive correspondence from GSA during the week of March 25th, 2002, with specifics regarding Stage 2. It is anticipated that an outreach meeting will be held in Rockford in early April 2002 to allow interested parties to network with the short-listed firms.
