- NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center has a requirement for Machine, P-100 RUNFLAT 16-20 Insertion Removal 1 EACH with an option to purchase an additional Machine. This is a commercial modified special machine designed to remove and install the R UNFLAT wheel used in the IAV (STRYKER) Vehicle. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Cont ract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
