- Description
- Architect-Engineer services required for cadastral survey services within the State of Florida for the Florida National Scenic Trails Acquisition Program and for the National Forests in Florida Boundry Line Program. The Forest Service intends to award one or more Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contracts to highly qualified firms. Proposed contract(s) will be for a base year plus four option years. Services include preliminary boundary surveys, complete boundary surveys, location of real property, legal descriptions, easements, right-of-ways, evidence of ingress and egress, location of improvements and encroachments, locating monumenting, marking and posting Forest Service boundary lines and/or refurbish existing boundary lines, boundary conflict investigation, and final record and plat preparation. The Governments estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000. NUMBERED NOTE #24 IS APPLICABLE (Except for Item (6)). Prospective offerors shall indicate the counties where they have the capability and capacity to perform the required services.
