- Solicitation for NSN 1730-01-276-7240, YPG01172000424, Adapter, Aircraft Jacking Point. I/A/W Lockheed Martin Corp, CAGE 98897, drawing 4F32260, revision ?E? dated 11/4/87, p/n 4F32260-111A, with the following exceptions; use MIL-STD-130 in lieu of STP63-001, impression stamping is not permissible, use STP51-302 in lieu of DS30003, finish I/A/W the following in lieu of DS30000; Mil-HDBK-1516, code 1012 in place of code ?C?, code 2306 in place of code 54, code AS-2304 in place of code AA-54-54. A stable base drawing forms a part of the data package required for performance and as such will be forwarded to the successful offeror within 30 days after award of the contract. Technical Data Package Availability: An ?export control? technical data package exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit technical data package requests to DSCR-VABA via internet, mail, fax or phone. Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Please provide certification number with request. If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. This is a critical application item. Quantity is 14 each. Proposed procurement contains 100% quantity option which may or may not be exercised at time of award. Delivery is 140 days ARO. FOB is Destination to W62G2T Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Receiving Warehouse 10, Tracy, CA 95376-5000. Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. QAP is 002. 100% set-aside for small business. Progress payments may be authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR Subpart 32.5. Notice of progress payments, FAR 52.232-13, will be included in the solicitation. This is not considered a commercial item. This final contact award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation will be made in writing and will issue on 04 April 2002.
