- The NSNs are being considered for addition to the Western Design Corporate Contract managed at Defense Supply Center Columbus. Companies interested in offering other than authentic Western Design Howden parts, please contact Pam Ritch on 614-692-2187. Please note that final decision will be based on the overall best value to the government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include delivery, past performance and quality. Access to NSNs available via the World Wide Web- refer to WEB LINK. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract.
