- patrol boat, homeported in Port Angeles, WA. All work will be accomplished at the contractor's facility during the period of 4 Mar 2002 through 3 Apr 2002. OOA 7 Feb 2002 a RFQ will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. For women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises, the Department of transportation (DOT) Minority, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at the prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The Maximum line of credit is $500,000.
