Resume describing company?s qualifications including but not limited to: ? Years of experience. ? Reliability of system - during the past year, what percentage of time was your system available? ? Backup system in case of failure of main system. ? What makes your company standout from all the others? Internet EDI. Services available to transmit data via the Internet (this should include all ANSI ASC X12 documents). Information provided should include at least the following information. Please feel free to include any additional information you feel may be of interest.? Pricing Structure for Internet EDI? Pricing structure for EDI documents.? Pricing structure for EDI to Fax documents.? Are there additional charges for the conversion and delivery of the fax documents?? When was your last price increase?? Pricing structure for setting up suppliers.? How are long distance charges for the faxed documents calculated?? Technical Issues for Internet EDI? EDI testing - to facilitate EDI testing with our suppliers, we have a production and a test EDI account (mailbox) with our VAN - we use different ISA sender/receiver ID?s. Would we be able to maintain two separate accounts?? Would we need to change our ISA sender/receiver ID?? How often do you interconnect with the different Vans? Do you connect as soon as you have data to pass?? If we decided to use your company, what changes would we need to make to add a trading partner to your platform? Will the procedure be different for the trading partners not using your company and remaining with their VAN?? TVA averages 20 million characters per month. Can you provide a reference who has similar volume per month?? Provide a reference for a company that is using the EDI to Fax feature.? What types of tracking capabilities does your company provide ?* Tracking of the EDI document. * EDI documents that were not deliverable.* Any other tracking reports that might be of value .?
