Description

Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision to provide janitorial and related services at the Blue Water Bridge Facility, 2321 Pinegrove Ave., Port Huron, MI. This is a performance- based solicitation. Performance period is for one year with four one- year options. This procurement has changed from a Small Business Set- Aside to a Total HUBZone Set-A Side. The NAICS code is 561720 with a size standard of $12 million. This solicitation will be issued on or about February 18, 2002. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only at the internet site http:// www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Potential offerors will be responsible for monitoring the site in order to download their own copy of the solicitation, amendments ( if applicable) and any related documents. The solicitation closing date is on or about March 25, 2002 at 4:00 P.M (CST). Women, Small Disadvantaged, HubZone and Veteran-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit an offer.
