Description

The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 15,500 BOMA rentable square feet of office and related space along with 1 designated parking space to house the Social Security Administration's Office of Hearings and Appeals. The rentable space must yield approximately 13,500 BOMA usable square feet of space. The term of the lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) firm. Interested parties must submit a written expression of interest by March 29, 2002, to Joe Nickerson, Contracting Officer, General Services Administration, 10 Causeway Street, Room 975, Boston, MA 02222. Submissions should include: building name and address, available rental and usable square footage and respective rental rates, method of measurement, common area factor, date of space availability, and the owner's name and address and a written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property.
