- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), National Water-Quality Assessment (NAWQA) Program anticipates placing a noncompetitive award to Judy Campbell Bird for collaborative efforts with NAWQA National Liaison Committee and Urban Workgroup, to provide internal program liaison support, to gather and disseminate technical information pertinent to NAWQA, and to assist the USGS Office of Communications. This notice is for informational purposes only; no solicitation package exists. This may represent the Government?s only official notice of this procurement. Vendors who can provide this service are invited to provide an affirmative response to this notice. An affirmative response must include, but not be limited to offered services, prices, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement.
