- The Snake River Area Office - Minidoka Field Station, Rupert, Idaho has a requirement for a relay test system with the applicable software package. We are looking for a system equal to the AVO International Pulsar Relay Test System with Pulsemaster Software Package. AVO International is located at 4555 South Westmoreland Road, Dallas, Texas 757237-1017, 800-723-2861. At this time we anticipate a sole source award to AVO International. Submit you commercial specifications and basis for stating your equipment is equal to the AVO International Pulsar Relay Test System with Pulsemaster Software Package to Laurette E.
