- NA Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Precision Filters, Inc., 240 Cherry Street, Ithaca, NY to upgrade an existing Signal Conditioning System, Model 27000D-M0-E03 and pr ocure One (1) each of an additional Signal Conditioning System, Model 27000D-M3-E03. The system consist of: One (1) each ? 27000D-M3-E03 Standard 27000 Mainframe with Blank Front Panel and Power Supply; One (1) each ? 27000C-BIF1-T Backplane Interface Mo dule with Auto Offset and Test Option; Eight (8) 27104A-F8100-BE6-NP Quad Bridge Conditioner, Programmable Fc?s from 100 Hz to 25.5 kHz, 27104A-F8100-BE6 6-pole Bessel Low-Lass Filter, Opt N Programmable Test Bus Attenuator, Opt P Enhanced Programmable Fil ter; Eight (8) each 27104A-BC1/124 Bridge Completion Card, Selectable Configuration (1, 2, or 4-Arm), 4096-Step Bipolar Shunt Cal; Eight (8) each 27104A-BR1/124-350-10K762 Bridge Resistor Module, 350 Ohm Completion for 1, 2 or 4-Arm Bridges, 4096-step Shun t Cal Resistor; One (1) each ? 27000-EXC2-120-19-1 Bipolar External Excitation Supply, 120 VAC Input; One (1) each ? 27000-GUI-WIN Graphical User Interface (1/CPU); One (1) each ? 27000-FT1 Fan Tray Assembly, 115 VAC; One (1) each ? SM22 Slide Mount Kit; O ne (1) each ? 17000-FAT-WIN Factory Acceptance Test Software (1/CPU). The following items are for the upgrade and consist of: Eight (8) each ? Modifications of module 27104A-BC1/4 to 27104A-BC1/124 Bridge Completion Cards; and Eight (8) each ? 27104A-BR1 /124-350-10K762 Bridge Resistor Module, 350 Ohm Completion for 1, 2 or 4-Arm Bridges, 4096 step Shunt Cal Resistor. Precision Filters, Inc., is the only firm that can provide the interchangeability with pre-existing equipment and modules to upgrade produ cts currently in use at USAYPG (form, fit and function and software compatible). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419/500 employees. Award of the requirement shall be in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Comm ercial Items and Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
