- NA PRON: AX2F0099AX, NSN: 5120-01-109-7196, PN: 70700-20457-041, Quantity: 130 each min./ 1330 each max, this will be five years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 130 each 150 Days After Contract Award. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitatio n will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can p roduce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This acquisition contains data, which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States witho ut prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
