- NA PRON: AX2F0092AX, NSN: 1660-01-082-8362, PN: 70309-02113-102, Quantity 130 each min./ 530 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkan a, TX and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 96 each 280 Days After Contract Award and 34 each month thereafter until completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615-9129 and Honeywell Int ernational Inc., Engines & Systems, 1300 West Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85285. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the dat e of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This part must be a acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current versio n of DoD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redst one.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition con tains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.
