- NA DESC: Various Optical Instrument Lenses and Mirror and Mount Assemblies. NSNs 6650-01-072-6392/PN 12266758 (16 each) and 6650-01-080-8325/PN 12266708 (6 each) are compound lens style E1 Doublet. NSNs 6650-01-072-6393/PN 12266707 (6 each), 6650-01-080-832 4/PN 12266706 (6 each), 6650-01-060-9891/PN 12266757 (22 each), and 6650-01-060-9893/PN 12266721 (3 each) are single lens styles D3 Meniscus converging, D4 Double Concave and D2 Plano Convex. Various diameters and thicknesses. Material: Glass Optical MI L-G-174. NSNs 6650-01-055-2224/PN 12266536 (28 each) and 1240-01-088-2415/PN 12266535 (15 each) are Mirror and Mount Assemblies consisting of: Mirrors 12266545 and 12266546, Mount 12266551, Pad 12266689. Mirror Mat?l: Pyrex ? Corning Type 7740 annealed . Coated with Reflector coating. Mount Mat?l: Investment casting per ASTM A 436, Type 5, Annealed. Pad Mat?l: Silicone Compound Type II, Class 2, Grade A per MIL-S-23586. Mirror and Mount Assembly 6650-01-055-1492/PN 12266534 (44 each) consisting of: Mirror 12266547, Mount 12266556-1&2, Shaft 12266541, Shaft 12266558, counterweight 12266590, screws, shims, and pins. Mirror Mat?l: Pyrex ? Corning Type 7740 Annealed, coated with Reflector coating. Mount Mat?l: Investment casting per ASTM A 436, Type 5, annealed. Shaft Mat?l: Cres Rod Type 303 Cond A per ASTM-A582. Counterweight Mat?l: Rect Bronze Rod, Free Cutting, H02 Temp, .25 thk, per ASTM B140, Aly C31400, C31600 or C32000. FOB is Destination. For use on the M901 Vehicle Family. Estimated issu e date is 29 Mar 02. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is 100% small bus iness set-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet.
