- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37l29 is requesting a proposal to provide services of inpatient care for patients in the Chattanooga, TN area. The hospital must be located in Chattanooga, TN. Services include professional services, clinical assessment, history, physical, diagnostic procedures, pharmaceutical, prosthetic devices and therapeutic services. The period of service will be a base year and two (one-year) option periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
