- Description
- Provide Operational Engineering Services to Design Project 630-02-101 HVAC Air Balancing at the NYHHS- Manhattan Campus, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010. Design shall include an operational study of all HVAC equipment to determine their current status/condition and improvements required to bring them up to their full operational requirements. Work will involve rebalancing of all ventilation systems for all rooms. Design schedule must be completed in 60 days. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Firms desiring consideration shall submit Standard Form 254 and 255 by the COB April 11, 2002 to the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010 Building # 2 Annex Engineering Service. Award is pending availability of funds. NAICS is 541330. This is not an RFP.
