- Description
- Furnish the labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to renovate the ambulatory care observation rooms in building #3, ground floor at the VA Boston Healthcare System, West Roxbury, MA. The contractor is required to prepare the room areas for building space renovations, including demolition, reusing existing doors and cameras from the Jamaica Plain VA and furnishing the labor and materials to perform work for space renovations for the installation of doors and frames, door hardware, architectural improvements, floor repairs, apinting and all apurtenant and incidental work all in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Estimated construction cost range is $25,000 - $100,000. The NAIC code 233320 applies. Request for solicitation must be in writing. A $20.00 bid package charge is required and in Non-Refundable. Bank check, Money order or Certified Bank Check is the only acceptable payment. Solicitation will be available on or about 4/5/02. Bid opening date is on or about 5/6/02.
