- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration intends to award a sole source cooperative agreement with the Transportation Resaerch Board (TRB)to perform "Core Program Services for Highway Research, Development, and Technology Programs". The FHWA will coordinate the programs and be responsible for conducting and providing the core programs to and for the State departments of transportation.
