- The Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Seagoville, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQ 51402-018-2 for the provision of combination stainless steel lavatory/toilets for the FCI, Seagoville, Texas. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.
