- ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES for the New Construction of the Mobile ALABAMA Courthouse Project: The National A-E Evaluation Board has completed the Design Excellence evaluation process, (Stage III: Vision Competition). The Board's ranking and recommendation of the four "Vision" submittals were approved by the Source Selection Authority. The selected firm, (to enter into negotiation for award of a contract), and others in order of preference are: (1) MOSHE SAFDIE & ASSOCIATES, Mr. Moshe Safdie, 100 Properzi Way, Somerville, MA 02143-3470, (mmckee@msafdie.com).
