- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the American Academy of Nursing, 600 Maryland Avenue, SW, Suite 100 W, Washington, DC 20024-2571. The purpose of this procurement is to support an AAN-sponsored conference entitled Using Innovative Technology to Enhance Nursing Care Delivery. Results of this conference will identify an innovative technological environment that could enhance the delivery of nursing care and will identify projects that would demonstrate successful implementation of the technology. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance for this project is six months. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. 02-BHPR-E015622-AB
