- Item Description: Key, Machine, BF GOODRICH (97153) P/N 170-615, NSN: 5315-01-452-8901. Solicitation period: 30 days. Issue date: March 15, 2002 Closing date: April 15, 2002 Primary Qty 3800 EA, First alternate Qty 4500 EA, Second alternate Qty 5000 EA, Third alternate Qty 5500 EA. Destination is conus. Delivery schedule is 120 days. This contract action is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1). While price will be a significant factor is the evaluation of offers, the final contract award price will be based upon a combination of price and delivery as described in section M of this solicitation.
