- Description
- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a contractor to perform Real Estates Closing Attorney Services for the sales of its single family properties (1 to 4 units) located in the western portion of Central New York State (the "Rochester" area). Sales must be closed within a stipulated time-frame and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. Complete closing packages must be submitted to HUD or HUD's designated contractor no later than the second business day after closing. The contractor must be a member of the New York State Bar and have an office located in the area served at time of contract performance. The contract will be for a one year base period with two (2) one year option periods. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification Code is 541990 with a size standard of $5 million dollars average annual sales. The RFP will be available on or about 15 days after this notice is published in Fedbizopps with proposals due approximately 30 days thereafter. This notice and RFP will be posted on HUD's Internet Home Page at http:/www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential offerors who download copies of the solicitation from HUD's Internet Site will not automatically receive any amendments to the solicitation. You are advised to check the web site frequently to see if HUD has issued any amendments to the solicitation you have obtained. All amendments will be posted to the FedBizOpps and the HUD Homepage Contracting Opportunities site
