- The Railroad Retirement Board is seeking sources to provide the materials and workmanship to produce service award products. The die cast (s) of the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) emblem shall be given to the firm awarded the fixed price, blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this RFQ. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responses should be submitted by letter or facsimile by close of business March 28, 2002.
