- Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Service Calls and Repair on automatic and overhead doors for Carlisle Barracks, PA, Mitchel Field Annex, NY and Wright Patterson AFB, OH Commissaries. Multiple Awards will be considered per commissary location. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2003, and will include two one-year option periods that may extend performance through April 30, 2005. This Request for Quotation will be issued on or about March 12, 2002 with a tentative closing date of March 27, 2002. The anticipated award date will be April 1, 2002. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $5 million. All requests for copies of this RFQ must be in writing and addressed to: (CICST), ATTN: Cynthia Walker, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee Virginia 23801-1800.
