- Description
- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Jack Tills and Associates (JTA) to perform a 12 month effort involving the review of the MAAP thermal hydraulic code and its application to design basis (DBA) accident containment analysis. JTA is the only known firm with the requisite expertise in similar containment analysis codes with extensive knowledge of supporting experiments along with their regulatory implications. This proposed contract is a continuation of an effort which was initiated under Contract No. NRC-04-97-044.
