Description
REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 5,090-5,535 useable square feet or 6,300 rentable square feet of contiguous office, clean lab, and warehouse space in Price, Utah. The Government also requires 13 on-site secure parking spaces. Warehouse, for vehicle parking, is required to be a minimum of 1,000 SF. Existing or build-to-suit alternatives will be considered and shall be located in office park or office park setting. Buildings listed on, or eligible for, the National Register or located within a historic district are encouraged to apply. DELINEATED AREA: Price, Utah extending as follows: East on Highway 6 to Wellington, Utah, West on Highway 6 to Helper, Utah, South on Highway 10 Approximately 4 Miles. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Office space must be handicap accessible and meet all fire and life safety codes. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2003. A lease term of 10 years firm is required.
