- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), in accordance with FAR Part 12, for Training and Course Development services for the development and instruction of GSA?s Learning From Our Legacy Course. Offerors shall be required to provide some or all of the following services: 1) develop case studies of GSA projects, 2) provide classroom instruction, using the developed case studies and the case study method of teaching, 3) develop virtual tours of GSA projects in the subject case studies, 4) develop and maintain a course website. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract with the ability to perform these services under delivery orders ranging from a minimum of $5,000 per order to a maximum of $1,000,000. Offerors will be evaluated using source selection/greatest value procedures outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and anticipates making up to three (3) awards under the subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders may be competed among the selected offerors, unless the Government deems otherwise, on an individual delivery order basis. The contracts shall be for a base period of one (1) year, with two (2) one (1) year options. The requirement is being solicited under Full & Open Competition. NAIC Code 611430. Offerors are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference to discuss contract requirements and the selection process. This meeting will be held in the offices of the General Services Administration, The Wanamaker Building, 100 Penn Square East, Room 818, Philadelphia, PA, at 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on March 25, 2002.
