- This is a Request for Quote and quotations furnished are not offers. NAICS 811121, Size Standard $5,000,000. Please supply a quote to perform the following modifications to two (2) Dodge 15 passenger van B3500 2001 Model year: (1) Supply and install a 24" top and paint to match the van. Include raised side door and roof structural reinforcement. The vans are equipped with factory rear air conditioning with roof-mounted ducting which must be relocated. (2) Supply and install driver and passenger side folding steps. (3) Supply and install rubber black diamond or ribbed flooring. (4) Supply and install grab bar for driver and passenger. (5) Supply and install new ADA S200 Ricon lift and controls. (6) Supply and install "A" track and accessories required by ADA and DOT for transport. (7) Supply and install limousine style tint on all passenger windows. (8) Supply and install double jump seat. (9) Supply 4 sets of wheelchair tie downs. (10) Include cost to pick up and return vehicle to the General Services Administration (GSA) Office at 5151 N. Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46226. All factory equipment removed from the vans are to be returned to GSA. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources will be considered.
