- The solicitation release date for this acquisition has been delayed until approximately March 22, 2002. The solicitation will specify the due date for responses. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. The Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to issue a solicitation for firm-fixed priced Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Task Order contracts for Construction Project management services for maintenance, repair, alterations and A& E, design-and/or build services at various government installations on a nationwide basis, including the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the District of Columbia, U. S. Territories and possessions. The resulting contract(s) will meet the needs of customer agencies of the Franchise Business Activity (FBA-West), Los Angeles. The contractor(s) shall be required to provide all management, supervision, materials and labor to meet the requirements specified in individual task orders. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis, with the intent of making at least one of the awards to an acceptable 8(a) firm if one is found. The contract(s) will have a base period with four one-year option periods. The maximum value of all contracts will not exceed 9.9 million dollars for their combined cumulative sum. The solicitation will contain sample projects upon which evaluation of proposals shall be based. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 233320 and the Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 million.
