Description
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1, sole source procurement with Langevin Learning Services, Ogdensburg, NY to delivery two (2) 3 day course on Instructional Techniques for New Instructors on March 19 through 21, 2002 and April 2 through 4, 2002. The contractor will be responsible for: Training a minimum of 10 employees and a maximum of 30 employees. The contractor shall be responsible for presenting the course, taking attendance, and providing the completed end of course evaluations to the ATF Training Manager at the end of the course. The contractor shall be responsible for providing a detailed course syllabus. The contractor shall be responsible for providing one camcorder and tripod. The contractor shall be responsible got videotaping the students presentations and providing feedback to students upon completion of their presentations. The contractor shall include 1 year follow-up service that allows prior students to submit a video of themselves instructing for additional feedback and evaluation. The contractor shall be responsible for providing the estimated cost per student in their proposal and any discounts. The contractor shall be responsible for including the estimated instructor travel and lodging fees in the cost proposal. All interested parties must submit a technical cost proposal by March 7, 2002, 3PM Washington, DC local time. No solicitation package is available. No telephone inquiries. See Number Note 22.
