- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachmen, Washington, DC intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Pitney Bowes Inc. of Annandale, VA. For maintenance and repair of Pitney Bowes equipment on behalf of the Postal Operations Division of FISC Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC. The contract will consist of a base year and four (4) one year options periods. The FAR clauses 52-2170-9"Option to Extend Services" (AUG 1989), 52-217-8 "Option to Extend Services" (AUG 1989) and 52.232-18 "Availability of Funds" (APR 1989) will be included. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this requirement is 7629. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 811219. A solicitation does not exist for this requirement.
