- Item 0001 - Rental of Desiccant Dehumidification Unit ? Process air flow rate of 2250 scfm minimum and variable down to 50% of stated minimum flow rate. Nominal moisture removal rate of 60 lbs/hour minimum at 75?F, 50% RH, and 2250 scfm. Process air fan can develop at least three (3) inches W.G. external static pressure. Process air outlet transitions to 12-inch diameter round ducting. Electrically powered only via 460 volt AC nominal. 1 each Required arrival date is 25 March 2002, Monday for a two month (8 week) duration. Item 0002 - Rental of Small Direct Expansion Unit w/ Reheat ? Cooling capacity of eight (8) to thirteen (13) tons capable of running continuously at four (4) tons of load. Reheat capability of 100,000 btu/hour (30 kw) or greater. Cooling and heating capabilities are independent such that equipment can operate as either a cooling coil or as a heating co il. Process air inlet and outlet transitions to 12-inch diameter round ducting. Electrically powered only via 460 volt AC nominal. 1 each. Required arrival time and duration is same as item 0001 above. Item 0003 - Rental of Large Direct Expansion Unit ? Cooling capacity of twenty (20) to thirty (30) tons capable of running continuously at six (6) tons of load. Internal blower unit rated for 8,000 cfm minimum at one plus a half (1?) inches W.G. external static pressure or greater. Process air outlet(s) transitions or wyes to two (2) 18-inch diameter round ducting. Electrically powered only via 460 volt AC nominal. 2 each. Required arrival time is approximately 29 April 2002 for a duration of 6 months (24 weeks). Item 0004 - Rental of Blower Unit or Booster Fan ? Rated capacity of 4,500 scfm or greater at two (2) inches W.G. external static pressure or greater. Proc ess air inlet and outlet transitions to 18-inch diameter round ducting. Because of its location, the blower unit is limited to no greater than four (4) feet for either width, length, or height and 650 lbs for weight. Electrically powered only via 460 volt AC nominal. 4 each. Required arrival and duration is same as item 0003 above. Deliveries will be to Groton, CT. Copies of Quotations will be available on- line at www.neco.navy.mil no later than 13 March 2002. This acquisiton is not reserved for small business set aside.
